Examine preconceived notions
Putting together, for example, a project group means considering factors such as competence, working methods and personality. But what happens when we don't get complete information?

We all carry with us preconceived notions that can allow us to create images of a person that are not entirely accurate. In this exercise you get to examine your own preconceived notions by ranking the project members you had chosen based on the information you are assigned during the exercise.

- The exercise is divided into 4 steps where the first 3 steps are done individually.
- After the first step is done, step 2 is handed out, followed by step 3 (these are also done individually).
- When the leader hands out step 4, the group is divided into smaller groups to discuss and agree on a common ranking.
- The leader hands out the first step and gives the participants time to rank.
