When writing, you have the power to contribute to change. It is not really that hard to communicate in an equal way, but it requires an awareness.
For example, some words and formulations can be cut out altogether, like unnecessary core values and gender-specific expressions. Some ordinary words are unequal in their construction and composition. Here are some examples on alternatives that you can use instead.
