Facts that can justify change

A gender segregated labour market means that there is an uneven distribution of men and women in different professions. When certain industries are dominated by men and others by women, it can lead to problems and obstruct opportunities when it comes to finding the right qualifications and make good recruitments – right now as well as in the future.
